The Big 12 has more teams in the top 25 (with 5) than the B1G (3 last I checked). However, I believe that the odds of a Big 12 team getting into the playoffs are slim to none. IF Oklahoma is the best team in the Big 12, and they can beat Baylor, their conference is screwed. Assuming TCU, and Oklahoma win out, there might be a three way tie for first in the Big 12. This makes taking a team

out of the conference difficult because there isn't an outright Big 12 champ. Not having a Big 12 championship is definitely going to hurt their conference, even if they have one of the four best teams.
