PHONE'S RINGING -- IT'S URBAN ON THE LINE

93-63 the good guys.
A good day by all. Ross 15, Craft 14, DV3 added 13 points. Amir chipped in with 8 points and 5 blocks.
I was at the game. The team looked good. Was impressed with the freshman, Loving. He can stroke it. Deo looks WAY more comfortable out there. He made several threes. Thompson was impressive to me, too. The starters were as good as you would expect.
Craft picked up 4 fouls though, some of them were utter BS.
OSU defense looked really good and may be one of the best Ds in the country. Due to the NCAA rule change, there are some cheap fouls on both sides. tOSU BB has many pieces: Marc Loving was defensively good, though he has to improve free throw and 3pt shooting. ADV's shooting stroke is beautiful, but he needs to improve dribbling. Amir Williams showed some defensive forces, but he should be consistent. S Scott's D was incredible...
Not sure if ADV will crack the lineup in meaningful situations. Sure he can shoot it but I dont think he dribbled to attack the basket yesterday, mostly dribbled sideways on the 3 pt line and his off the ball Defense is below average for Thad to feel comfortable using him. Encouraged to see Scott take initiative on offense even with Craft and Q on the floor
Amir Williams - 8 PTS 4-6 FG 10 REB 5 BLKS 3 STL in 19 minutes. I wish he would show that same confidence against better competition.
