Every time I fill out a bracket, I usually end up with AT LEAST 2, usually 3, B1G teams in the Final Four...
In the back of my mind, I KNOW the Big Ten won't get 3 out of 4 teams.. But it just keeps happening. Actually, I usually have 4 or 5 teams in the Elite Eight.
I don't see Wisconsin losing until they play us (provided we get that far) and I can see Minnesota making a run.
Anyone else having the same issue? Is it just because the majority of basketball I watch is Big Ten? Or is it just because Big Ten teams are that much better?
This is going to be a tough year.

Minnesota has a very good draw. I don't think they make the Final 4 though. I also think Miami takes down Indiana if it gets that far. I wouldn't be surprised by multiple B1G teams making it but that's not how my bracket goes. Just tOSU.
Yeah I don't have Minnesota in the Final Four.
But I have them getting to at least the Sweet 16 in most of my brackets. Sometimes even have them getting to the Elite Eight.
I also feel like Michigan could get hot and come out of that bracket. I also think they could get out in the second round.
I feel like Michigan State's bracket is tough, but then I remember they have Tom Izzo so I put them in the Final Four.
I think Ohio State and Wisconsin both have a good chance to get to the Final Four in the West. I think Wisconsin should have had a better seed. If it wasn't for the ball rolling an inch in the wrong direction in the Michigan/Indiana game, they would have been the #1 seed in the Big Ten Tournament.
Well I can help you with one. I never pick my favorite teams, so Ohio State is going to be losing in about the sweet 16 for me. That way I win no matter what. (some would say that I lose no matter what, but I have some advice for them.... Always look on the bright side of life)
I usually just fill out a ton of brackets with different possibilities.
But if Ohio State doesn't win the West, I think Wisconsin has a good chance.
Be careful on Minnesota. You think we have trouble scoring but they are worse. I worry about a team like Minnesota who struggles to score to make it very far at all.
True.
Them and Michigan are the two Big Ten teams I'm having the most trouble with.
Both can make deep runs if they play the way they can... But they can both be out in the 1st or 2nd round if they don't
I would not put Michigan in the final 4 if I were you. Problem solved.
Those who stay will be CHAMPIONS!

Well the good thing about filling out a crap load of brackets is you can mix it up. A couple of them I have them going to the Elite Eight/Final Four, and others I have them out in the second round.
Just not sure which Michigan team is going to show up and if the end of the regular season is any indication, it might be the latter.
I am not nearly as confident in the B1G teams as many seem to be.
I have Minnesota losing to UCLA in their first game. I'm not even convinced Minnesota should be in the tournament.
Michigan could also lose their first game. If they beat South Dakota State, I see Akron or VCU giving them fits in their next game. I honestly don't even think UM makes the Sweet 16.
I think Illinois loses their first game. Colorado is a pretty decent team and Illinois has done very little to impress me, especially in the last month or so. If Illinois beats Colorado, I really don't think they have a shot against Miami in the next game.
I do think IU, OSU, MSU, and Wisky could all make the Sweet 16 and beyond, with OSU possibly getting Wisky in the Elite 8.
I would say that's pretty good for a conference.
Especially if all of those teams get to the Elite Eight. Half of the teams being from one conference?? I would say that's being pretty confident.
