I feel kind of dumb. I had no idea the women's basketball team went up against men in practice, but it makes sense.

It does make sense to have guys. I would think it would make them tougher and you need more than 12-13 people to run a lot of drills unless you like to be gasping for air the entire time

I went to American U from 89-92 and their women's bball did the same thing. I played against them several years.

I learned early on that you can be as strong or fast as you want, but if the other team executes their plays properly and you are just playing pickup, you are going to lose.

Of course I'm a 5'7" guy who could rain threes back then. It must be nice to be like a 6'6" guy. Everything's just gotta be easier.
