He starts shooting 80+% from the line and he could average 15 points a game, outside shot or not.

Agreed, but guys are going to defend him by giving him space. That'll force him to establish some sort of jump shot. On ball screens will be key for him.

I thought his driving to the rim and getting those early fouls on Zeller and Victor O. were brilliant. I hope it was Coach Matta's game plan or just instincts from Shannon but I believe that was a large part of this victory.

Scott figuring it out in front of our very own eyes. It was a thing of beauty last night. If he plays this way this team can make some noise in the tourney.

Also if he can learn to finish and continue to improve his jumper this team will be very fun to watch next year with him and Craft getting even more minutes together.

The kid made a good defense a little bit better last night. Defense is wonderful, especially mid-late March/early April.

Scott's defense is frickin awesome! Craft gets all the praise on defense but if you watch tOSU then you know Scott has the same type of talent on that end but he is much more athletic so he can block shots and turn steals into a quick layup on the other end.

Matta has found something special with the smaller lineup and letting Craft and Scott disrupt the ball handlers and try to push the tempo on turnovers and missed shots. If the 3 ball starts to drop then this team can be very dangerous and make a very deep run.

I really think this year's Buckeye team can be last year's Louisville. I made the comment in the Skully. They have struggled at times this year, but are starting to play some really good basketball at the perfect time. If the Craft/Scott backcourt gets a lot of PT down the stretch this team can make it very far.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. I agree more Scott is a good thing but I'm not sure he should start. I agree Lenzelle shouldn't start but I'm not sure which sub I would exchange for him. A little more rhythm for Q could be just as good.
