Mountain West Conference: .584

Big Ten: .583

That's a difference of .001. I bet you they couldn't wait to release this story once it was official. I guess that means someone from that conference will be hanging a banner then. Team for team the Big Ten is better, next question.

That's why they play s tournament.We'll see come April. My guess you'll have a team from The B1G, The ACC, The Big 12 and a surprise team probably not from MWC.GO BUCKS!

Totally. The RPI means very little. That's why I think it's not smart when the media focus so much on just the RPI.

The chairman of the NCAA tournament committee even said on national TV a few years ago that the committee doesn't even look at RPI when making decisions about who to let in the tourney.

They had a show on BTN that talked about the selection process and had people who were formerly on the selection committee and they said that ESPN and other media had blown the use of the RPI out of proportion

RPI blah!...Again, nobody knows better than Vegas. I'd love to see what odds they would put on a team by team match-up between the top several teams in the B1G and Mountain West.
