I don't think I have ever seen Matta that pissed. Ravanel certainly didn't see anymore action after that and I wouldn't expect to see him play much against IU after that tongue lashing. Yikes!!!!

You said it. I thought his head was going to explode. I do hope they put this experience behind them so that it doesn't carry over to the next game.

Missed a couple of bunnies then stepped out of bounds, got called for it, bounced the ball in disgust and mouthed off to the referee. Yanked and reamed immediately.

Before he reamed him, they showed MAtta and you could lip-read "Rav! Rav! Rav!"
Then he turned and talked to somone and yelled "SUB!"
The looks on the faces of the Ohio State fans in the crowd is absolutely priceless.
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
Favorite part of this was Rav instantly knowing that he deserved it. Too often you see something like this from a coach and the player is still acting the same way afterwards.
Matta always appears cool and in control. Now we know that he can be fiery when he wants to.
If by "cool" you mean "hot and sweaty" then I agree.
I actually meant to say "calm", but typed "cool". What I really meant to say was that he rarely seems to get emotional during games (as in Bobby Knight emotional), but we saw that he can.

Did Ravenal talk about this incident post game? Probably not, but interested to know if he did indeed say anything about it.
He posted a apology today via twitter and said basically sorry and putting it behind him and looking forward to focusing on Indiana tuesday.
Props To Ravenel last night. He played rather well, and seems to move forward for this..
He definitely responded well and played great last night for sure. Everyone says how well Zeller runs the floor etc but Rav did it just as well last night.
