I won't take this too far, but looking around twitter i am very proud of our boy Della Valle....and his gf. GO 'HEAD, AMEDEO! lol nah just kidding. I do want to see this hair though.

I read it last year over spring break... I do realize Coach Matta likes to have fun, but it seems like he usually does so behind closed doors or in private moments with the team (eg. E.L.E. in the huddle during the game on Saturday). Having a kid with scarlet and gray hair on the bench is not easy to conceal and would draw a lot of attention to one person and away from the team as a whole. Just my $ .02 though. I could definitely see him allowing it during a practice or something, but not a nationally televised game.

By the time he graduates he will be beloved by the students like a mix of Diebler and Titus. He seems to be pretty funny and really enjoying himself.

hes a true freshman on a team full of experience. give him some time to gel and get acclimated to the college game. remember how terrible deibler was his freshman/part of his sophomore year? i wouldnt say he was much better than ADV is now. he isnt getting a ton of playing time for obvious reasons, but give him a bit of time. he isnt a one and done style player

I agree. Amadeo will be solid in another year or two. The biggest thing he needs to do is get stronger. I've seen him at practice a couple of times get the ball ripped away from him from L, Sam, or Scott. Once he gets stronger, and more confidence, he could be a nice weapon off the bench. I'm not sure I see Amadeo as a starter in the future, but I would be happy if I'm wrong about that.
