Hey, I wanted to get all of your opinions on who everyone thinks is the one player we must get in the 2014 class so that the dominos start falling and who might be the sleeper of this class. Opinions?

I would have to think that Dante Booker Jr & Marshon Lattimore would have to be the top 2 guys Meyer should be going after. They are both in-state, but National prospects, both at positions of need & both could be leaders in the class. I mean there are others you could put at the top of your list, but considering both of these prospects have OSU as there favorite & both grew up liking the Buckeyes, you would have to think these are the top 2 prospects Meyer wants.

DaShawn Hand without a doubt. Then I would say a strong LB haul based on our current issues.

Must gets in my opinion are Booker Jr, Lattimore, Snodgrass and Trout/Byrne, cant let that kind of talent leave the state.
I'd also say Barker oos since he fits our system so well imo.

Jimmy Byrne and Kyle Trout are not true priorities. I'd love for Byrne to be part of the class, but in all honesty I'm not sure he will be. I think it's a flip of a coin between OSU and ND with Michigan third. Kyle Trout will not get an offer until later if any of the more profile OL go elsewhere. And those OL are Jones, Brown Jr., Prince, McDermott, Knox and a few others.
Top 5 2014 players I would love to have would be Hand, McMillan, Garrett, Booker, and Jalen Hurd.
Im just excited for the massive effect a 12-0 season would have on recruiting..look at that from these kids perspective..urbz comes in and wins em all in year one? that should start some real dominos

i would say hand but with how he was talking about Va tech and all over the summer it just seems like they'll be hard to beat.

McMillan is awesome and I think he is somebody that could be a leader in the class and I like Lattimore a lot too.

Completely agree with the need to lock down the elite instate guys, but the priority in this class needs to be on OL. Especially if we don't get any more in this class.
Hopefully Mr. Barker gets his offer soon. He would be a huge help in starting this '14 class off right. He seems to be very outgoing and talks alot about playing together with some big time recruits. He kinda reminds me of Tebow in the way he seems to be a great leader. In terms of necessity, Raekwon Mcmillian and Dante Booker are very much needed in this class. Also need to lock down Ohio's elite for 2014. Lattimore, Byrne, Trout and Booker are must gets before Jabba or Beetface starts poking their heads where they don't belong! '14 class is gonna be special IMO.
First off, they don't have the same last name. It's Raekwon McMillan and Daniel McMillian. Daniel has an 'i' in his last name.
Second, for those of you who believe Trout is a must get, you are on drugs. He is not currently OSU caliber and won't be getting an offer any time soon. Please look at the big picture of all the other NATIONAL OL that OSU has offered and recruiting hard.
Jamarco Jones, Orlando Brown, Knox, McDermott, Prince, Braden Smith. Kyle Trout is not even close
McMillian, Booker, and Garrett or another LB are the most important IMO. Offense will be fine no matter what QB or whomever comes...that's just icing on the cake. Defense..."good LBs"...need anyone say more???

Trout isn't OSU caliber huh? 4*, #5 in Ohio, #125 in the country but not up to OSU's standards huh?! We all see who's on drugs..........
