I dont anticipate this will happen but it would be discouraging to see him fighting injuries his whole career. I know theres questions about his size and athleticism but if he's gunna be a bust I hope its because of those factors and not something he cannot control like Greg Oden.
The article shows DeJuan Blair as a test case for this. He was also red flagged and fell out of the first round. He landed with a great team in San Antonio and has been productive for them.
If Jared slips out of the lottery, he'll lose out on some money initially, but will land with a better team, who might have a chance to make the playoffs. If he goes top 10, I don't see many of those teams making the post-season.
Chris and I always talk about how bad most NBA GM's are anyhow, nothing surprises me any mroe on draft night.
Unfortunate, for sure. He's battled injuries at this point I don't foresee why that would suddenly change. Having that one leg longer than the other issue can cause all sorts of back issues as well down the road (not saying this current situation is related necessarily). Certainly doesn't seem like anywhere near as big of a red flag as having no ACLs was the case with Blair. I also always had limited expectations for Sully in the pros, however I think he's far more skilled than Blair and should be a nice role player off the bench somewhere.

Hope you can stay healthy Jared!!
