Good Lord Rajon Rondo...44 pts, 10 assists, 8 rebounds. It's really unfortunate for him that he's playing with a bunch of senior citizens about 4 years past their prime. Played all 53 minutes, goes 16-24 from the field while the rest of his team was 24 of 57. They say he can't shoot, but he hit 7 or 8 perimeter shots including some ridiculous fadeaways in OT. One of the best playoff performances in a long time...I put it right up there with LBJ's game 5 performance in Detroit. Just ridiculous.
47 FT's and just 18 fouls for Miami, 29 FT's and 33 fouls for Boston...and a huge no call/clothesline on Rondo in OT that pretty much sealed it.
I guess only the Spurs can stop Miami now.

I've always been a Celtics fan; however, it's been hard to be an NBA fan anymore. It's the most inconsistently officiated sport, the players are obnoxious, the overall product is watered down, and the scheduling in non lockout shortened seasons is horrible.

That missed call on Rondo in OT completley changed the game. If the C's dont pull out game 3 this ones over.
At this point, both teams are just playing for the right to get worked in the Finals by a group of crafty old men once the Spurs dispatch the THunder. I like LeBron, mostly to troll Cavs fans\Clevelanders alike but if\when the Heat get to the finals, its going to look like a pick up game at the gym against a team of 40 year old dudes who don't miss from 18 feet and make back door cuts and lay ups look routine against a team of 20 something who think they can out run everyone.

at the end of the 4th LeBron leaves Ray Allen open for a 3 to tie it up then he missed 2 shots at the buzzer that wouldve won the game, practically wide open shots. start of ovetime he misses both free throws, misses another shot, lets Rondo drive past him for a layup... THEN the refs dont call a blatant head foul, LeBron rebounds, goes on a fast break and uses his amazing passing ability to hit d-wade on a 5 on 4 (since Rondo was laying on the ground when he got hit). I heard someone say this on another thread today about another topic but LeBrobn is as soft as medicated cotton.
