Ever since ESPN filed a lawsuit against Ohio State for taking too long to release ultimately inconsequential documents, and Sports Illustrated published their borderline libelous Tressel Manifesto, I have not visited either site once. I switched to Yahoo! for my sports news - although they were the whistleblowers for the whole ordeal, they did not do so in a dishonest or incendiary way. Then I happened upon this little gem this afternoon; read carefully:
Congratulations to the Syracuse Orange, who became the first team in NCAA Tournament history to advance after losing a game. That's quite an accomplishment for a team whose transgressions include things that are actually illegal.
Clearly I don't think this was a purposeful mistake, but it's still frustrating to always be on the wrong end of this kind of garbage.
Go Buckeyes this Saturday - but apparently there's still a chance to move on even if we lose.

Made me lol.
