11:45: Sam Thompson has sent his LOI to Ohio State, meaning at this point they are only waiting on Trey McDonald for today. (BS)
McDonald should sign later today and then we will see what LaQuniton Ross and Amir Williams decide this weekend. Thompson is a future NBA wing who brings explosiveness and ability to attack the rim to Columbus. He should be a nice replacement for David Lighty after he graduates this season. His only question mark comes in some lingering injuries.
Amir will be in town for the PSU game, right?
Amir will be in town this weekend (he wanted to visit between Nov 10-17)... I really like our chances to get him. I'm assuming he'll be at the opener friday and maybe the PSU game? Couple of whoopin's couldnt hurt!
