My kids were born elsewhere to a Mom from the Caribbean & Canada. We have been studying cultural stewardship and since my wife is an amazing cook from a variety of cultures (being a Toronto girl) the topic came up about 'my' culture. I have my thoughts, but I believe an off-season poll of the commentariat would benefit the project.
Main courses, sides, desserts, appetizers, beverages, and snacks- all are culturally relevant in the wonderful Buckeye State!
