After considering three proposals for the north market, the city of Columbus selected the team of Wood Cos. and Schiff Capital Group and its $100 million, 35-story Market Tower proposal. Here are photos of what the completed project will look like:
The office space/restaurant/apartment/condo space will be finished by Spring 2020 according to the article, which you can read in full here. Of note:
200 residential units approximately, which could be a mix of apartment and condominiums.
40,000 square feet of office space.
28,000 square feet for retail.
25,350 square feet for restaurants.
I think this will be pretty cool once the project is completed. Parking on the other hand will probably be limited.
