Harbaugh, in Politico, discusses the impact of the proposed budget on the Legal Services Corporation (LCS) and the importance of legal aid to the poor. He is on the LCS' leadership council and makes some good arguments for why it is important. He even quotes the Federalist Papers so I guess the TTUN education taught him something.
He also has an interesting take on coaches involvement in political issues and how he is an American first and a coach second.
