Does anybody out there share my opinion that there seems to rampant abuse of the handicapped tag for vehicles?

I feel as if every time I make the conscious decision to look at the individuals parking in these spaces when I witness their parking that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the person.

I understand that kids may use their parents cars and abuse the tags but seems like a daily occurrence.

Have they expanded the definition of what constitutes a handicap?
