Tried something new and thought I'd share.
I have cooked Pork Butts like this in the past, trying something new. Smoking a 3.25# Chuck Roast, panned it at 165, added a 8oz can of chipotle in adobo sauce along with a can of coke. Covered the pan for a couple the pan until fork tende. Cooked between at around 300 in the Weber Smokey Mountain was hoping this turned out as well as the pork has in the past.
