So my family and I are relocating from DC to Columbus next month.  I start my job on February 6 and our current home in Maryland will settle on February 28.

Naturally, this isn't enough time to buy a new home so we're looking for a short term rental.  This apparently isn't possible within our current budget and needs.  My hope are that maybe someone in the 11W community is either a property manager or knows one. 

Here's what we're looking for:

2-3 Bedrooms
Some sort of lawn for our two golden retrievers (preferably fenced)
Hopefully a garage or basement for storage
Within 30 minutes of Hilliard
A six month lease (or a lease with a decent termination clause that won't break the bank)
Under $1,500/month
Not in the ghetto
 

This has been impossible to find and has been even more difficult not currently residing in the area.

So, please, for the love of God, hopefully one of you out there can help me.
