I'm taking my shot to give LCT a break from his off-season threads.
What is/are your favorite sports-themed movie(s)?
I have so many conflicting favorites, so I'll list mine by sport.
- Baseball: Major League- one of my all-time favorites, but Sandlot and The Natural are close behind.
- Football: Varsity Blues- plenty of good one-liners and pretty ladies. (honorable mention to Any Given Sunday and The Waterboy)
- Basketball: Hoosiers
I'm not going to pretend I watch movies about other sports except maybe Cool Runnings
