So, I hadn't planned on taking any classes this summer, just working and enjoying the weather. However, I'll need a foreign language up through the 3rd level (basically i'll need 12 credit hours), so I decided to take a Spanish course (unfortunately, Sinclair doesn't offer Latin) in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is only an eight week class, so why not? I thought, I might as well get all of this shit knocked out as inexpensively as I can before I transfer to OSU - Columbus in Spring 2017.
Much to my chagrin, I cannot receive financial aid unless I'm taking over 6 credit hours. So I decided to add an online American Federal Government (entry-level Poli Sci) class so that I may receive financial aide. I am a political science major, so I really don't expect something as simplistic as the aforementioned course giving me any problems. Not to be "that guy," but I probably know most of that stuff anyhow.
So, has anyone taken an online class before? What was your experience like? I have a family friend who recently got his MBA from Tulane almost exclusively online. So it can't be a total horror show.
