I had some cash burning a hole in pocket so I went out and did this..

It's an HBT Ultimate Gameday offset reverse flow smoker.  The big round piece in the middle is the main smoking/cooking chamber.  The box to the left is a separate charcoal grill.  The box on the right is fire box on the bottom and a rib box on top.The price was right and hopefully it's a step in the right direction for this hobby/passion of mine.  I should be able to pick her up next week (gotta drive down to KY).

Question to the community if you are familiar with these..

What do I do first?  I gotta get a few thermometers obviously, but what is the maintenance schedule on one of these?  I'm looking for advice on seasoning, cleaning (how and how often), and other good practices to keep it in shape.
