I have noticed that there are a lot, a LOT, of sites that come up when you search for options to watch the draft online if you don't have cable. Almost all of them are basically ad-spam for a service that wants you to sign up for seven days free with auto-renewal at $20/mo.
There are truly free feeds available, mostly the european feeds from ESPN and the other major networks, they are the official content, usually without the commercials too.
The only caveat is that the aggregators of these feeds have some garbage mixed in with the content in the form of pop-ups, etc. Nothing lethal and nothing unusual in 2016 and easily sorted through.
I got turned on to the european feeds years ago when I was working out of the US and wanted to keep up with the Buckeyes.
