Mrs. Jumar and the kids really enjoy eating seafood. However I am very picky and normally only eat shrimp and crab legs (we pay for them unlike some others). The one exception is fresh Alaskan salmon while in Seattle (enjoy what you have Linga). I would like to incorporate more seafood into our meal plan due to the added health benefits but am at a loss on what to try.

What recommendations do you have on quality seafood and where can it be purchased in Ohio? We have gotten the wild Alaskan salmon from Costco before and that was OK but not something I would eat on a regular basis.

Do you also have any cooking recommendations?
