I won a Play Station 4 as a door prize earlier this winter. I have a procedure coming up that will give me an opportunity to finally use the thing.  I the last console I had was the PS2 in college, so I'm sure lots of things have changed since then. 

My question is what all do I need to make this thing work?  I don't have internet in the house, is that something you need to play any game, or just online gaming?  The console came bundled with a game, Call of Duty, I think.  I'm not sure that I'll be into that kind of game, but I can go pick up Madden.  What other sports games are good?  I used to play the Tiger Woods golf, and the EA hockey and of course college football.  I played some James Bond and also GTA Miami Vice.  Any recommendations on games similar to those?
