This is a question for the educated bourbon connoisseur's on 11W (and I know there are quite a few of you). I have been into craft beer for quite some time, I understand and appreciate the time and place for each style of beer, as well as the proper way to store each style of beer. I've wanted to get into the bourbon scene for a while, but it can be a little more expensive than craft beer so I've been hesitant. Today (with the wife at work and unable to tell me no) I decided to stop by the liquor store and grab a bottle of bourbon. With little education on this type of alcohol, I decided to try my hand with Watershed's Bourbon. My questions are A) Is this a good introductory bourbon, and B) what is the appropriate way to store bourbon - freezer, fridge, neither, or other. Thanks for the help and Go Bucks!
