I work with a lady in her 30's that just got engaged.  Over the last year - she has had several trips to the ER with injuries and "illnesses"

She is very timid at work, and seems to have little to no confidence.  Often complains about her work load which is much smaller then most others. 

A co-worker and I suspect she may be in an abusive relationship - no concrete details - just a lot of odd things going on.  Have not noticed and visible injuries, but she has been in a walking boot earlier this year, crutches a month ago, and is home for the rest of the week in a lot of pain - "CT showed nothing broken"  That is all she texted.

How does one approach this topic with her????
