I've recently started home brewing in the last six months or so and it's been going pretty well.  My first batch of a smoked porter was a little rough but the beer was drinkable.  I've since done two batches successfully and even added a little bit of a bacon flavor on the last one (it didn't last long in the fridge).

I've been wanting to try a graf, which from my understanding is a cider based beer.  My main question is if anyone has a recipe for graf that they'd be willing to share and also whether or not you used a good beer yeast or wine yeast to make it.  

Anyone have any interesting beers they've created or any methods to do certain things?
