There is no disputing Maiden’s right to reign as metal royalty but I wonder how you would rank them among the all-time greats. On my Mount Rushmore of Metal, they would be seated at the left hand of Black Sabbath and are followed by Metallica and Pantera. Where would you rank Iron Maiden? Do they make your Mount Rushmore? Ponder that as you ride along to Steve Harris’ galloping bass on some Maiden classics. Up the Irons!
