I am going through my yearly struggle with allergies that have led into a case of sinusitis. Last night I couldn't sleep do to the severe pressure in my head. I have tried a lot of different medications and home remedies, but I would like to hear from my fellow 11Wers and see if anything in particular has worked for them.
