So I posted this in the roku/sling post but I figured I'd share it in it's own post as people should know this info. When I was stationed in Virginia we had Cox cable and no BTN. Directv/Dish were not options as my place had tons of trees. I discovered that BTN does offer an international plan: https://international.btn2go.com/ that can be purchased as a stand-alone, the catch is you can't be in the states to use it. It's a pretty simple thing to get a proxy for a foreign IP so that BTN thinks you're outside of the states. If you're familiar with proxies, skip this step, but if you need help, expat shield is probably the easiest way to get a foreign IP. http://expat-shield.en.softonic.com/ When I was doing it I only had to proxy in to log into the BTN site, after that I could turn it off and still watch the games. Hope this helps.
Streaming BTN without cable (yes you can)
