It seems that we desperately need football season to start because we are starting to get salty over the smallest things around here today. We may lose a recruit but a family just lost their son.

My daughter is a member of Cheer Athletics in Plano, TX and it is one of the top 5 competitive cheer gyms in the country. A young man named Nick Capehart was killed in a car accident on his way to practice on Sunday morning. He was missing for two days and the found him yesterday. He was one of the top competitive male cheerleaders in the nation and needless to say it's a shock.

Let's not forget to hug our loved ones a little tighter and tell them how much we love them because we never know.
