Clutch, the greatest band Maryland has ever produced, is putting the finishing touches on their latest album titled, “Psychic Visions”. They will be touring in support of the album with Corrosion of Conformity and Mastodon. http://pro-rock.com/

If you’re unfamiliar with Clutch, but you like rock and roll, you can find something you will enjoy on one of their 10 studio albums. Clutch is a tough band to pigeon hole because they are constantly evolving. They started out in 1993 as a fairly straight forward metal band and have since incorporated more traditional blues and rock elements. While I’d never call them funk, the rhythm section definitely swings and the entire band has been honed razor sharp through incessant touring.

Their most radio friendly album is “Blast Tyrant” and I’d recommend checking that out if you’re a Clutch neophyte. If you want to see where they began listen to “Transnational Speedway League”. Other excellent albums include, “Clutch”, “The Elephant Riders”, “Pure Rock Fury” and “Robot Hive/Exodus”.

Here’s the new single called “X-ray Visions” off of the upcoming album:
