Due to the crazy real estate market in Columbus, I've decided to step outside of my comfort zone and look into properties in Zanesville. I am targetting mostly tax repos through the county and most occur in the Eppley Avenue area near the fairgrounds and Eaglesticks.

I spent my formative years up North of Zanesville off of Olde Falls Rd.  

My question, how is the Eppley Avenue area?
