Quasi Modo won the title of ugliest dog this year. He has a shortened spine and is sometimes mistaken for a jackal or a Tasmanian devil. He takes home the homeliest hound title this year. I've seen uglier and I'm not sure that it is fair to punish the dog for having a messed up spine but, oh well.
