In Ohio texting while driving is a secondary minor misdemeanor with up to a $150 fine. House Bill 637 will make it a primary minor misdemeanor, which means you can pull a driver over just by seeing them text. It also includes no cell phone use in school and construction zones.

So what would you like to see...

1. Keep the law as it is now.
2. House Bill 637 will make me happy.
3. I would like to see texting while driving treated the same way as a DUI.
4. I would like to see texting and talking on cell phones (except hands free talking) while driving banned.
5. No cell phone usage while driving a car permitted.
