Just wanted to share with anyone that may or may not have been tracking this story. Officer John Moynihan who was shot during a traffic stop in Boston Friday is improving after successful surgery.
John was an Army Ranger who served overseas in Iraq, and he was also honored for heroic actions in saving another Officers life following the Boston Marathon bombings, and subsequent pursuit of the suspects.
Nothing political here. I went to college with John, he is a friend and comrade, and we are grateful beyond words that he has improved and may make a full recovery.
