PHONE'S RINGING -- IT'S URBAN ON THE LINE
HOW DO MY AMERICAN FRIENDS LOVE THE TRUE CANADIAN COFFEE SHOP?
First one I was in was in Espanola, ON, and then in Wawa, ON. Thought they were a little pricey but forgot I was in Canada. Soup, sandwiches, donuts and coffee. All good. I like the sour cream donuts and Tim-bits. Now I am in Florida and don't recall seeing any.
Damn...what the hell were you doing in Wawa?
That may be true, but in that part of Canada, there are hundreds of lakes closer to civilization where the fishing is just as good! Not judging... Wawa is just way out of the way. I find it interesting.
Lived in Canada 3 years and never had a cup. Just not a coffee guy. But I'm fully aware of the Timmy's drive through line in the morning. Rumors have it that it is laced with crack.
LMAO, It`s out of control from coast to coast..Most cities have signs basically telling ppl not to line up their cars blocks before the drive thru.
I find it interesting that something so successful has not garnered the same fandom in the States. Lots of locations in Michigan though, and I think they have warmed up to it.
I think it also has to do with the economy and it carrying healthier options than your Duncan Donuts type of coffee establishments.
Love some Tim Hortons. Used to grab a cup of coffee and some Tim-bits as a regular Saturday morning tradition back in the day.
When I was visiting a friend in Toronto he encouraged me to try it the way the locals do: a double-double. Two creams, two sugars. It doesn't even taste like coffee to me. But I'm an espresso guy. Give it to me strong, short and black.
...like my women.

Wherever you are, there you be!
Love Tim Hortons. Good coffee. Too bad he played for the Maple Loafs.
Can't stand Starbucks or Biggby's.

Apple Fritter Timbits are amazing
I used to work at the Tim Horton's on High St. I haven't been back to Columbus in a long time, is it still there?
There is one at High and Arcadia north of campus.
Was there one in the old Wendy's on High St at Woodruff? If so, that Wendy's has been torn down and something is being rebuilt there. It could be another Wendy's as they have started to renovate some of their restaurants here in the area.
I'm pretty sure the one on High and Acadia was the one I worked at. I remember there was a drainage culvert behind the parking lot the kids used to call it the "blood bowl".
I definitely remember the blood bowl. I went to middle school near it.
All week long, Meyer preached to his team that he wouldn't pity Buffalo (4--8 in 2012). "I didn't schedule this game," he insisted. "I'm not going to feel bad for them."

I ask for Tim Horton coffee for Christmas and "B" stuff; Bourbon, Backwoods Bastard, Brew supplies, Buckeye shirts.

I'm a big fan of Tim Hortons. Good coffee and baked goods. Good sandwiches and soups for lunch or dinner. It is reasonably priced. You are not paying $5 for the Venti Grande Foo Foo Coffee. I picked up a bag of coffee from the Henderson Road location for here at home. Just the basics for me on the coffee.
When I come down with the winter cold, Tim's is my spot.
It's shit, eh?
Was in Niagara Falls this past March and stopped in Timmys by the falls on the Canadian side. Some of the best hot chocolate I can remember. Didn't have any doughnuts but the HC was tasty and HOT.
What we can't do in the air we'll do on the ground.
They keep expanding, for those who don`t know Wendy`s actually bough Tim`s for something like 450 mill back in 1995 to help expand themselves into the canadian marketm thing is Tim`s is now valued at over 1.5 billion and is increasing throughout the US, If any of you by chance watch the real world (I have my Doubts) they actually had multiple cans of tim`s coffee in their kitchen last season on the Portland season and they have 3 locations in that city,
This all came to mind as I was watching the Columbus hockey game and that there was a few hockey board ad`s for tim`s followed up by a commercial on your FSN...
The first Tim's/Wendy's combined store that opened was in Pickerington. It may still be there.
Great coffee temperature! Rumor has it they are planning a massive nationwide expansion.
Large Raspberry flavored coffee with 4 sugars is my purchase at Timmy's...... it's as good as gravy on French fries.
I fat fingered a down vote on my phone. Can someone help me out.
I got ya covered Buckifishr. I can't believe how many Buckeye fans have fat fingers! Holy crap!
Love Tim Hortons. Use to go every Saturday morning with my son when I lived in Troy, OH.
the only Tim Horton's I know of in my area is on the "air side" of the base which is way to far from the piers. I would love one closer though.
Love me some Tim Hortons. The one on King & Olentangy kept me awake during many a long study night.

Timmy's is the bomb. App helps with store locations.
Rumor has it Canadiens eat their weight in Tim-bits every 3 months.
I like it
Class of 2010.
Good coffee, but the donuts are way behind Krispy Kreme and Dunkin.
I hate it. But hear me out, I don't drink coffee. The one I pass on my way to work has traffic completely screwed for two blocks.
I like their coffee, doughnuts and soups. Sandwiches...no.

Agree. They have a long way to go on those.
I will not drink any other coffee. Buy the cans of Tims coffee grounds and start every day with two cups, either black or a with a shot of milk. I don't know what they put in it but it's basically the legal equivalent to crack.
I always wondered why they weren't in Cincy, unless they came down after I left?
"Because I couldn't go for 3"
I don't think i've ever had THs before.
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
Fwiw Tim Hortons uses powdered coffee. I have a family member that worked there in high school. I still like it and grab it whenever I'm back home.
Not a fan. I'd go Dunkin Donuts, then Krispy Kreme, then Tim Hirtons for donut/coffee shops.
