I live in a small community. Our school district is made up of three towns. Our ball clubs were split between them. In January we decided to join the three separate boards to make one. We decided to hold a public election. Instead of completely dissolving all three boards certain positions remained obtained by some ppl. The public could nominate ppl to fill the remaining spots. Then we held a vote two separate weekends that everyone could come and vote. It was held at our local high school so everyone knew where to go and vote. During the election (all 4 days) ppl coming in had to show their identification. Once they did that they signed in. Then they were handed a ballot. Certain members of the board, and one none board member handed out a already filled ballot for ppl to copy. A cheat sheet.
There have been many other types of things that happened once the board was made. Many mistakes that I won't bore you with. My question is what should I do? I am not on this board. And I know it was wrong. Or at least I feel it was wrong. But was it? No one has talked about it. It has never been brought up at any meetings. Is it wrong. Is it just campaigning ? Or electioneering? What should be done? If anything at all. I know most of 11w followers have a higher education than myself. Can you please provide your insight.
I posted this in the anything forum. I know it isn't about our buckeyes. And for that I am sorry. So I will say that I predict a great season. And xbrax will be one of the final three, if not the winner, of the heisman trophy. And also Mike Mitchell goes all beast mode and becomes a starter. There some buckeye talk too!
