When I last posted a thread with some running questions, someone suggested turning it into a workout thread. Honestly, I think that's a great idea. So I'm starting this thread as a place to ask questions and let the wonderful 11W community help each other out.
I'm not a trainer, but a workout enthusiast. I've done P90X 7 times and I am a walking advertisement for it. I weighed nearly 310 lbs when I started the program and currently weigh 210 lbs, have lost 8 pant sizes, and have had a complete turn around in self-esteem and my overall well being. I've come to love the program and for those looking to start that or are at least interested in learning about it, I can help in that regard.
As for anything else, I think our community has enough insight on just about anything that if someone does have a question about any sort of program or routine, we can help. So fire away with any questions and let's get this thing started!
Edit: This also can include any sort of nutritional questions that anyone may have. I'm not an expert by any means, but I've seen what works and doesn't work with nutrition and I know there are plenty of those within 11W that know a great deal about proper nutrition.
Edit #2: Also post any sort of events that you are looking to participate in as it may prompt others to possibly join and having people to train with is infinitely more fun or you can have questions answered from those who have done similar events before. Also post any events you will be participating in...cheering sections, whether it's through the forum or elsewhere, are always nice for the nerves.
