I wonder how many times the NCAA has gotten away with stuff like this. There is no doubt it is a corrupt organization that is outdated and hypocritical of its own rules. It has no credibility with fans. How can any school believe in this organization when its own enforcement staff is breaking its own policies and procedures that could severely damage and ruin a university. The investigation is flawed and contaminated at this point in time. If Miami gets sanctioned and screwed over, it should have a very strong case against the NCAA in court. I hope Miami takes the NCAA to the cleaners.
Well even if only a third of what shapiro claims, is true, i hope the U gets hammered.
