Tickets will be out on March 1st, just wanted to survey how many fellow buckeyes from this online community will attend the spring game.
I live in Columbus and craving for some football, so will make the trip down to Cincy.

Planning on being there. It will be interesting to see if the spring game draws better than a Bengals game.
Newport Aquarium and a Dave and Buster's within walking distance, with a planned side excursion to Serpent Mounds park, has drawn me in. I plan on yelling O-H.....I-O!!!....... , with my family, echoing off the hills of Kentucky (SEC Territory).
D&B is not within walking distance.
There's something similar, but it's not really a D&B.
I'll definitely be attending... very important to really lay the groundwork in Cincinnati for recruiting, everyone who can go should turn out and make sure it's an awesome environment.
That's a very good point, Notor. I wonder if they should have a Spring Game at the Brown's Stadium for the same reason. Saban is now trying to steal our players from Cleveland. Anything that will help keep them in Ohio, I say.
"Here officer, hold my beer while I find my license."
The OSU footprint in Cleveland is more than secure. Saban throwing out a few offers is great to stir up news during a time when not much sports news is going on, but the great players from Glenville in the last 10-12 years could have gone anywhere they wanted and besides Pierre Woods and Aundrey Walker, everyone that OSU wanted ended up at OSU. Personally, I think Michigan and ND (because of the shorter distance and the Catholic factor) are bigger threats to OSU than Alabama.
Cincinnati, now there is some work to do for the Buckeyes and this Spring Game is a great start in building a strong(er) partnership between Ohio State and the city of Cincinnati.
I hope you're right, North.
I feel like Saban trying to plant a flag in Cleveland is akin to Meyer trying to plant a Buckeye flag in Michelin.
"Here officer, hold my beer while I find my license."
I will be attending. Can't wait for the Cincy sports talk anti-OSU contingent that week. Will be epic!
I will be there with BUCKNKY
I'm going too, I'm sure Lance McAlister will be pissing and moaning about it all week leading up to it! Buck do you live in NKY?
We have assembled a group of 8 that will be attending the festivities
An angry fan...rooting for an angry team...led by angry coaches
Y not make a weekend out of it.....hit up Montgomery Inn for some ribs and watch some football......i'm in
As long as it's on the weekend, I'll be there with my son and a couple of his friends. What else am I going to do?
If it's during the work week, I'm out.
Help me out: what day is the Spring Game?
"Here officer, hold my beer while I find my license."
Saturday April 13th.
I'm probably going to go.
Class of 2010.
I plan on being there with at least two friends. "Plan" because, as many of you know, my first child is due any day so I am not sure what to expect with free-time.
Congrats on the newborn buckeye, man!
My 11 year old son and I are from Cleveland and will be meeting my brother from Atlanta there.
Cannot wait! Going for sure!
I will be there. Dumpus may join me.
I'll be taking the family down for our annual Spring Game pilgrimage. Already booked the room. Probably will do the Newport Aquarium, anybody have food suggestions?
Check out this thread. A ton of great suggestions.

Did not know about this thread, great stuff in there, thanks for sharing!!
I am going to go to the spring game... I am going to take my old man as a surprise and make a day out of it. I don't really know the area well, so I am going to base where we go before/after the game on recommendations that I have read on here. This will be our first spring game and my first Buckeye "game" in the state of Ohio in a few years as I recently have moved back to the state. Go Bucks!

Just stay outta' 'Over-the Rhine' and the West End and you'll be safe everywhere else downtown.
(No offense Adolphus Washington from Taft H.S. in the West End.)
"Get him a body bag, Yeah!"
Depends on what part of OTR. It's not nearly as bad as it used to be, infact it's become quite the place to hang out recently. I'd be more inclined to tell someone to stay out of Lower and East Price Hill than OTR.
With the Banks, you could pretty much make a day out of it and be within a short walk of PBS.
I'll be there
I'm in
I would because I live in Cincy, but I've never seen the Buckeyes play in person and I don't want my first time to be the spring game. Gotta go to a game this year though.
Our honor Defend!
The spring game would be the perfect place to get hyped up for Buckeye football.
"Get him a body bag, Yeah!"
Nope. I'd go if Kings Island were open.
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
I'm already an hour north of Columbus. Move the spring game to Cincy and I'm out. I only go normally because its in the shoe. I'll watch on BTN though.
It would be cool to make a day of it, but I doubt I'll go. It's about a 2 1/2 hour trip for me.
I usually wait to see the weather if I'm even going to go to the Spring Game in C-Bus. It can be fun, but it's usually not worth sitting in the rain for.... Unless it's Urban Meyer's first year.
I'll be there. Planning on taking my daughter to her first OSU game. :)
How firm thy friendship..
I have been going to the Spring Game for as long as I can remember, but unfortunately, I will miss the Spring Game this year. My wife and I are expecting our 2nd son on April 10th (planned C-section) and she will not be released till that Saturday. I know poor planning on our behalf. I guess future birthdays will have to be celebrated at Shoe!
I'll be there rain or shine! 5 tickets purchased this morning.
Two hours closer to home FTW!
People are saying that I'm an alcoholic, and that's not true, because I only drink when I work, and I'm a workaholic.

I'm sorry.. I didn't hear a word you said because of your profile pic
I'll be there. Just bought my two tickets this morning. Driving in from Indianapolis, which is actually a shorter trip than to Columbus; probably going to make a weekend trip out of it.

How'd you already buy tickets? They don't go on sale until Friday.
Presale for OSU season ticket holders began @ 10:00 am this morning. I believe Bengals season ticket holders also had a presale this morning.
On a side note, Ticketmaster charges like $5+ per ticket in fees (what a joke). I bought two club level seats for about $46. Getting kind of pricey there for an exhibition.

I'll be there if I can get tickets. Can't wait!!
