As a longtime visitor but only recently a big commenter I didn't understand this new policy and there was no quick link explanation on your front page. Just a suggestion!!!
There's a forum with site suggestions and this has been mentioned many times. My understanding is they are working on it
Read one of Jason's posts last week that they are still working on a document explaining it. It's still a fairly new system ergo all the comments and specifiically this thread.
