Sir Rick: sorry, I must concur with Buckeyeinannarbor. It sounds like you appreciate this point already, but I'll pile on with the uninvited advice . . .
A parlay is something you play for a little extra action. Totalled up, all your parlay bets for a season should represent no more 10-percent of your total budget/bankroll, so to speak. They're almost always bad bets, period (with occasional exceptions) and mainly only good for fun.
Is it the case that you can only play the MMA fight as a parlay (not available as an individual bet)? If so, and you're ultra confident about the MMA fight, parlay it with several different combinations of games, similar to how you would "single" a horse in a daily double or trifecta.

9 fo 9, that's a hell of a week. I used to do a lot of 5 dollar parlays just to make a lot of interesting bets. I hit a 7 team baseball parlay one night (8 team bet, but 1 game was cancelled) and it payed about 450 for a 5 dollar bet. Certainly makes the games a lot of fun to watch. I couldn't believe that line for the Buckeye game last week. I told a buddy of mine who does a lot of betting to jump all over that.
I'm also a little surprised by how big the line is for this week's game, but I would never actually bet The Game.
