I remember my freshman year, a few friends and I jaywalked High Street right in front of two cops directing traffic at the Woodruff intersection (this was right after the big windstorm that hit Capital City in summer '08); well, this one cop starts blowing his whistle and says to the other cop, "Let's get these guys." The older (and obviously more senior) policeman replied, "Are you f***ing serious?"
