When I am at work, I check it about every hour just hoping to find any glimse of good news to feed my every growing anticipation for this year's Football season.
My F5 key gets abused all day at work.
I check it three or four times a day for maybe ten or fifteen minutes at a time. I do good work, so I figure my boss can put up with it.
I certainly check in on a daily basis. Much like CPLUNK i check it out first thing in the morning, after lunch, once in the middle of the afternoon and one last time before i leave for the day.

I used to get on a lot more than I do now. I just don't get on nearly as much anymore.
