I feel a lot of pride over these listings gents. Thank you for all you guys have done and are still doing. Rarely does a life of service ever end unless the breath therein cease.

@ CPLUNK - Did you just do your training at Gordon or were you stationed there as well? I've been on TDY to both locations, loved Meade quite a bit. I'm not signal, but my MOS was in that ballpark and is quite prevalent at both locations.

@seth4bucks - training on two occasions. Mostly I just remember doing PT running that huge track ( Barton field? I think) and being overwhelmed in the morning with the smell of the papermill. I've hear a lot of people complain about Gordon but I thought it was alright.

Meade was nice. I was reserve so I was living down near Georgetown in DC at the time. Loved that.

I wasn't there long enough to know the field names. I was only at Gordon for two weeks of TDY to get some training. I was at Gordon in August . .  . I felt I was swimming in my own sweat when I tried running. I was at Meade three times, twice to route through Meade going downrange and coming back and once for TDY. Maryland seemed very nice aside from the cost of living and traffic.

Maryland is all right, but its expensive and they love their speed traps. I've bounced around the MD-VA-DC area since moving out here and VA is nicer I think. Traffic is awful though, truly awful. I live 30 miles from my office and my commute averages an hour and a half. Bad days can easily be two and a half.

Everytime I go back to C-bus or Cincy I look at rush hour "traffic" and sigh.
