Each season his wardrobe has a theme to it and last season was a college theme. He did a show in Oregon, the u, and several other schools to include the S&G and the vest was one of the outfits he wore (there were several each episode)

ya I kinda liked his college theme, his show is pretty funny. I like to watch it when I can. I mean he just makes fun of people who put videos on the web. And I like how he brings people back for web redemptions! Boom goes the dynomite!

He most definitely did not wear it to 'make fun of osu and tat-gate', a large portion of his audience is college students and osu is huge so it was one of the schools he wore that season. He actually rips on alabama quite often though which is always entertaining.
