I recently sent in a question to the 11W folks to privately ask if there was accessibility to bathrooms at the ETBII (how are we abbreviating this?) event and found myself feeling a little embarrassed that I asked. So naturally I wanted to post a forum topic regarding the issue.
Whilst tailgating I oft find myself parched and will require massive amounts of fluids. With all that hydrating I will eventually have to relieve myself. I have 'gated in parking lots all over and around campus desperately seeking a place to pee. There have been times when the 4H doors were open as some awesome anonymous person stuck a rock in the doorway to allow us access. I have been closer to the 'Shoe itself and had to wait until I got into the stadium where the line to go was half a mile long and smelly and hot. I have a not-so-secret spot where just a few of us will go where they open the doors to very clean, welcoming accommodations, but it is a bit of a walk to the 'Shoe. There are the Varsity Clubs, and the Heineygates, and the whatevers where the lines are long and the bathrooms stinky and hot. Then there are the lines at the portable potties and the not so pleasant experience of urinating in a hot confined space where someone felt it was necessary to defecate and wipe it all over the place. I can't imagine what it's like being a female hovering every single time....
Does anyone else even think about this when planning to tailgate or is it just me?
Also, is it okay to tailgate for a Mens Basketball game? When Duke rolls in we should be at full force.
Normally I just pee wherever there aren't cops. Nobody likes port-a-johns, but having done enough distance running I've come to terms with having to use them.
Also, shootyhoops tailgating is just fine, so long as you're not hanging out by yourself.

OmG you urinating n00b -- go to the Blackwell Hotel for all your beer pissing needs. It has amazing bathrooms, no stinky-hot smells, and there are never even any lines of real length, even right before the team does the walk over. It is also very easy to get a drink pre-game and there are TVs all over where you can watch the other games going on. I've seen a lot of recruits walking around the halls, and we got to shake Malcolm Jenkins' hand in the lobby. It's totz the best.
'Tis quite the conundrum. I feel your pain. I'm sure your physician is pleased that you partake of copius amounts of liquids, as most people don't get enough.
Why don't you do like truckers do, and carry an empty milk jug with you, like a colostomy/urine bag, and then toss it over your left shoulder when full?
