North Carolina has been served. The NCAA sent UNC its Notice of Allegations today. It includes the dreaded "Lack of Institutional Control" charge.

The feel of the committee, eh? I suppose anything from a slap on the wrist to the death penalty is on the table. Hard times for Tarheels fans, to be sure.
